ORDERING & PROCESSING
To start a transaction, simply select the items that you want to purchase by clicking the item and selecting your size and color (if applicable) and add that item to your cart. You will see your cart pop up on the top right of the screen, including graphics of the items you selected. You can check and edit the items in your cart before finishing the checkout process.
Once your cart is full of all the items you want, complete your order by clicking the "GO TO CHECKOUT" button. (If you are already in your shopping cart window, simply click the "CHECK OUT" button). If you have made any changes to your cart, click "UPDATE CART" to get the updated prices. On this screen you can check the shipping rate for your order before going forward. (please note that we ship flat-rate, so your zip code won't change the shipping rate). Once you click "CHECK OUT" you will submit your shipping address and have the option to select "save my info for a faster checkout". This saves your profile and keeps the information you inputed ready for your next order!
Click through "CONTINUE TO SHIPPING METHOD" and it will auto-select the shipping rate for you.
Next click "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD". Here you will enter your payment method and corresponding billing address. On this screen, you have the option to "SUBSCRIBE TO OUR NEWSLETTER". Once your information is inputted, click the "COMPLETE ORDER" button.
Once this step is completed you will receive an auto-confirmation email sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. If you have any concerns with your order after it has been placed and prior to it being delivered, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Ascotmotorsports.com accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive an auto-confirmation email including your tracking information and transaction confirmation.
All of the items on our website are currently in stock (unless stated). In the rare occasion that our stock was inaccurate and you placed an order for an item that we no longer have in stock, you will be contacted via email or a phone call. Sometimes you may receive an auto-confirmation email that your order has been placed before you receive this updated email or phone call from us.
Please understand that the first order confirmation email is auto-generated and we apologize in advance for any confusion it may cause. The out of stock item may either be removed from your order, the amount refunded, replaced with an item currently in stock, or we can put you on a waitlist until the item returns to stock.
We ship flat-rate Priority/First Class from USPS and offer free Priority/First Class shipping for any order over $75.00.
Any order between $0.00-$49.99 will be charged $6.00 for shipping.
Any order between $50.00-$74.99 will be charged $8.00.
We are committed to working on improving our shipping costs and passing those savings on to you.
Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be processed and shipped from our facility. Remember that we are a small, independent company.... we don't have the capabilities of those bigger box online retailers that can give you same day or free 2 day delivery.....Maybe someday! This may mean that your item can take up to 10 days to arrive at its final destination. Some states take longer than others, (Wisconsin, for example... can take AT LEAST a week from our California location when shipped First Class with USPS).
Please be patient and email us before placing an order if you are expecting your order to arrive for a special occasion. We may be able to work out a faster shipping for a slightly higher rate for special circumstances. email@example.com
We apologize in advance, for any troubles, lost packages, delayed transit times, damaged boxes/packages and overall frustrations when it comes to your items being shipped. We do the best we can, but ultimately we are trusting the shipping companies that we outsource to do their jobs. When they fail, we will do everything reasonable in our power to make it right for you.
Currently we do not ship internationally. If you have an international shipping request, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you or come up with a solution.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UPDATE: --> (We are testing a select market for international shipping, currently Netherlands, England, Australia, Japan, China & Canada. If you live in one of the countries that is testing international shipping, the rates are $35 for orders $0-$150, and $50 for orders over $150. If you agree to order internationally during the testing phase you agree to the following terms: We will ship your order using the fastest method available for the shipping price charged. Most orders will ship to you within 7-10 business days, however, please allow at least 3 weeks for delivery. There will be no returns or exchanges on international shipments. All orders shipped to international locations are subject to the respective country's tariffs and taxes and buyer assumes all responsibility for those charges. If you refuse the shipment and it is sent back to us, you will not be given a refund. There is a chance that during this testing phase, we may have to refuse to fulfill your shipment if the shipping cost is significantly more than the shipping charge collected). Thank you for your participation in this international shipping test.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account one last time and contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. We will always process your refund immediately upon reception to our headquarters. Next contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend tracking and insuring the item. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All of our shirts, posters and decals are designed, manufactured and distributed right here in Los Angeles, CA, USA. All Hats & stickers are designed in Los Angeles, CA then manufactured responsibly in China. All factories are hand selected by us with excellent long term working partnerships established. All our manufacturers operate ethically, fairly and treat each employee with respect and dignity.
Our posters and artwork are printed by hand at the International Printing Museum in Carson, CA, USA on original printing presses.
We believe in supporting our local community as much as possible and believe that all of the companies we use for manufacturing stand up to our strict quality and ethical standards.
All of our garments are pre-shrunk, however, please be advised that every washer and dryer is different. We suggest to machine wash cold with like colors on a gentle cycle. Please do not bleach, tumble dry on low and remove promptly.
